-two goals for myself for the upcoming weeks is to speak more naturally with the students, to engage in a way that is conducive to intellectual stimulation while maintaining agenda.

-The teaching/learning process is a respectful line which both parties have for one another. In this school, students seem to be in a willing mindset to do well. As teacher, it will be helpful to lead with compelling anticipatory themes and hopefully reproduce this environment within a more difficult student body.
-My participating teacher have scheduled a time during 4th and 5th period for question answering, mentoring, and planning.
-Have not read "The First Days of school" but look forward to it in the summer. My schedule right now is that Im at school from 7am to 3pm at which time I work from 430pm to 1030pm every weeknight. This is mandatory as my families health benefits rely on it. I am also working Saturday.
-Beginning steps in getting started for the TPA project have been becoming acquainted with the rubric.
-There is no help or feedback I need at this time.
-The nature of the art class is one which has been mostly facilitating art projects, answering questions from students on how to improve their technique while their work is in progress. One day of teaching has equated to several days of work.
